OWENSBORO, Ky. (WFIE) – A world well-known air present crew is coming again to Owensboro.
City representatives confirmed to us the U.S. Navy Blue Angels will headline the Owensboro air present in 2024.

“We are thrilled to announce the Blue Angels are coming back again in 2024,” says Tim Ross, Director of Public Events for the City of Owensboro. “It is a real testament to the city that we can attract two premiere US military jet teams in back-to-back years with the USAF Thunderbirds headlining our show in September 2023 and the Navy Blue Angels headlining again in September 2024. The air show is a signature event for the city that attracts fans from all over the country, and I am excited to continue that tradition in the coming years.”
The 2024 Air Show will happen September 13-15.
But first you possibly can benefit from the Airforce Thunderbirds taking the skies in 2023 on September 15-17.
