Capt. Glen Goncharow is the Flight Surgeon for the U.S. Air Force Air Demonstration Squadron. He provides medical care for more than 120 squadron members. He earned his undergraduate degree from Emory University in 2007, entered the Air Force in 2008 through the Health Professions scholarship program and received his medical degree from Lincoln Memorial University in 2012. He is an Eagle Scout and avid outdoorsman. In school he played basketball, lacrosse, and soccer. Before joining the team, he served as Flight Commander for the 4th Aerospace Medical Operations, and flight surgeon for the 333rd and 336th expeditionary Fighter Squadrons at Seymour Johnson Air Force Base, N.C. He has logged more than 350 flight hours in 6 different aircraft, primarily F-15E, with more than 170 combat hours. Goncharow is in his first season with the team and hails from Greensboro, N.C.
